What we collect
Contact submissions include your name, email, subject and message. Project submissions may also include company, phone, selected service, budget range, timeline and project description. When a download is requested, we may also record the requested product and file, timestamp, IP address, User-Agent, browser/device and operating-system information, country code supplied by our network provider, referrer and whether the request appears to come from an automated crawler.
Why we use it
Submitted information is used to review, qualify and respond to your enquiry or project request. Technical download telemetry is used to operate delivery reliably, distinguish human downloads from automated traffic, understand product usage and support security and abuse prevention.
